About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Dreamy Unicorns app. Dreamy Unicorns is operated by Paddy B in Ireland.

By downloading or using Dreamy Unicorns, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If a child uses Dreamy Unicorns, their parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising that use and for any purchase approval.

These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies to an App Store download. If a mandatory term of Apple's agreement or applicable law conflicts with these terms, the mandatory term will apply.

Using Dreamy Unicorns

Dreamy Unicorns lets users create, name, save, and export unicorn characters. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the app unlawfully or to harm, threaten, exploit, or deceive another person;
• Attempt to bypass purchase controls, security features, or access restrictions;
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• Interfere with the app, its purchase services, or related systems; or
• Use automated tools to probe, overload, scrape, or disrupt the app or its services.

Parents and guardians

Premium purchases and subscription management are intended for adults and are placed behind a parental gate. A parent or guardian is responsible for purchases approved on a device or Apple Account under their control and for configuring Apple's parental controls where appropriate.

The parental gate is an additional app feature and is not a substitute for device security, Apple purchase approval settings, or active adult supervision.

Free and Premium features

Dreamy Unicorns may provide free features and optional Premium features. The available features, free collection limits, purchase products, and Premium benefits may change over time. Any material change will respect purchases and consumer rights required by applicable law and Apple's rules.

Premium access may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription, a non-consumable one-time purchase, or both. The exact product, billing period, price, currency, trial or introductory offer, and included benefits are shown in the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before you approve a purchase.

Subscriptions

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase;
• The subscription automatically renews for the displayed billing period unless you cancel it through Apple before renewal;
• Apple charges the renewal price associated with your subscription and storefront, subject to any notice or consent Apple requires for a price change;
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings; and
• Deleting Dreamy Unicorns does not cancel the subscription.

Any free trial or introductory offer is subject to the eligibility, duration, and price shown by Apple. Unless Apple states otherwise, unused trial time may be lost when a paid subscription begins.

One-time purchases

If Dreamy Unicorns offers a one-time Premium purchase, payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. The purchase unlocks the features described at the time of purchase, subject to these terms, platform availability, and Apple's purchase rules.

Restoring purchases

The app provides a way to restore eligible purchases made through Apple. Restoration requires access to the Apple Account associated with the purchase and may require an internet connection. If restoration does not work, contact hi@paddyb.com and include non-sensitive information that can help investigate the issue. Never send a password or full payment-card number.

Billing and refunds

Apple handles billing, payment processing, cancellations, and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Refund requests should be made through Apple's services and are governed by Apple's policies and applicable consumer law. Paddy B cannot directly issue an App Store refund.

Nothing in these terms limits refund, cancellation, conformity, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Your creations

You retain any rights you may have in the names or creative choices you add when using Dreamy Unicorns. The app stores creations locally unless you choose to export or share them.

You are responsible for the names and other content you enter and for ensuring that your use or sharing of an exported image does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

App ownership

Dreamy Unicorns, including its software, artwork, characters, interface, branding, text, and other supplied content, is owned by Paddy B or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. They do not transfer ownership of the app or its supplied assets.

Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep Dreamy Unicorns working, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may depend on your device, operating system, internet connection, Apple services, or RevenueCat purchase services.

The app may be updated to fix problems, improve features, meet platform requirements, or maintain security. Support for older app or operating-system versions may end where reasonably necessary.

Privacy

Use of Dreamy Unicorns is also governed by the Dreamy Unicorns Privacy Policy, which explains local storage, photo-library access, and purchase-related processing by Apple and RevenueCat.

Disclaimers

Dreamy Unicorns is provided for creative entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees, consumer protections, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paddy B is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Dreamy Unicorns, including loss caused by device failure, deleted local data, unavailable third-party services, or unauthorised use of an Apple Account.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension or termination

Your permission to use Dreamy Unicorns may be suspended or terminated if you materially breach these terms, misuse the app, or threaten the security or operation of related services. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Termination of app access does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the country where you live. Courts in Ireland will have jurisdiction, but consumers may retain the right to bring proceedings in their home courts where applicable law provides that right.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Dreamy Unicorns, its purchase options, platform requirements, or applicable laws change. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate method.
